A browser submits a form, and the POST creates a new widget at /widgets/42. N11 puts that path in Location. The resource also asks for a redirect after the POST, so instead of 201 Created, N11 answers 303 See Other: fetch the result with a GET from Location. A browser that reloads the page then repeats that GET, not the POST.
